MIVO PARK

Public BBQ

Tucked beside Cobram's war memorial, MIVO PARK proves that sometimes the best discoveries come in small packages. This compact gem immediately won me over with its thoughtfully fenced playground - a godsend for parents watching little ones explore the new equipment without worrying about wandering off toward Punt Road. The rose gardens surrounding three sides of the playground create a surprisingly elegant backdrop for family barbies. I found myself lingering at one of the shaded tables beneath a generous tree, watching kids play while admiring the colourful blooms. The modern toilet block exceeded expectations - spacious, accessible, and refreshingly clean. What struck me most was how everything felt deliberately family-focused. The fully fenced perimeter, ample grassed areas dotted with seats and tables, and that satisfying combination of shade trees and open space for picnics or small gatherings. It's the sort of practical, well-maintained park that makes you appreciate good local council planning.
